I retired 6 months ago and haven't done anything at all. As a result, I've put on weight and all my joints ache so bad I can hardly walk when I first get up from a chair or from bed. My legs, feet, back, hands and shoulders ache. I know it is from lack of exercise and well, age of course. I'm not willing to be that way or worse for the rest of my life. I'm ready to go for it

I retired 6 months ago and haven't done anything at all. As a result, I've put on weight and all my joints ache so bad I can hardly walk when I first get up from a chair or from bed. My legs, feet, back, hands and shoulders ache. I know it is from lack of exercise and well, age of course. I'm not willing to be that way or worse for the rest of my life. I'm ready to go for it and to "bring it" as Tony Horton says. I hope to slim down and build muscle as well as increase my stamina and physicality. I'm 53 years old right now and feel about 75, so I'm ready to get my health back!
