Well I have been pushing play off and on for a while now. I have had my moments with health and work that has had me to the point that I can't work out, so my results are little to none. But I am thinking positive. I have lost a few pounds, but more will come when it is time for my body to do so. I am working hard at eating clean and staying motivated. I know as long as I keep working out then I will successed in my weight loss efforts with GODs help. Also with the motivation and help from family and my new found friend of the beachody community I know I will get it done.
