I'm a mother of 3 active boys (16,13,8) that are active in baseball, basketball, football and self defense. And so am I... at 47 I still play competitive volleyball and feel great! I keep myself in great shape so I can keep up with the boys as they get older. I've finished the Classic P90X and loved the challenge of the workouts!

On May 5th of this year, I graduated from the Classic P90X! What fun and what a way to start the summer! Now after months of freedom and a little working out, and especially now that the boys are More ...
On May 5th of this year, I graduated from the Classic P90X! What fun and what a way to start the summer! Now after months of freedom and a little working out, and especially now that the boys are back in school, it's time to devote to myself something for myself... so here we go again! Every day I plan to bring it until Christmas eve!
Update... today is January 12, 2009 and I'm starting round two of the Classic P90X. Come April 13, I'll be ready for spring!
'Phase 1' done and I am in the recovery week #4 and things are going great. The eighth time I did the ab ripper I was able to complete all the moves and my mid-section is toning up great. Day 61 and I'm pushing it harder to challenge myself to lift heavier weights and do more reps. Not losing many pounds but the definition of muscle is amazing. And we all know that muscle weighs more than fat. And I know my body fat % is down. (I'll be ready for the summer swimsuit). Can't wait to be done to take my transformation photos to see the difference...
Happy New Year! 2010 is here and it's time to shed the winter coat. So on January 4th, I have started the P90X "Lean" routine and things are going well so far - just somewhat sore!
