Hi! My name is Teri. I am orignally from this area. I work a full time at a collection agency and part time at the YMCA. I have two children that are 26 and 24 years old. Actually they are considered adults. If interested more about me, you can read below or ask me any questions.

I am not real sure where to start. I have been one of those person that did the yo yo dieting and joined every gym that you could fine. I have lossed 70 lbs before and then gain that back and more. More ...
I am not real sure where to start. I have been one of those person that did the yo yo dieting and joined every gym that you could fine. I have lossed 70 lbs before and then gain that back and more. The last gym I joined I started teaching because one of the instructors talked me in of becoming a step aerobic instructor. She told me I would be great at it. So, I did and went thru training to do it. I love it. I used to teach plus my own class and sub for others. (it was like a natural high). I also, walked everyday, too! Then one cold and icy morning I was walking across the street and step up on the sidewalk. I actually slipped and heard this crack. Guess what? I broke my ankle. After being in a cast for 8 weeks, I never went back of teaching or even walking. Just being lazy!!! Of coarse I got out of shape and put the weight on and more then I ever weighed. Ok, I just had my 50th birtday and I said to myself this is stupid, because I remember how I felt when I exercised and lost weight. I told myself it is time for change of life and stick with it. I have alot to live for and things I want to do. I have joined Weight Watchers and my daughter that is 24 is doing with me and it is so much easier to do it with some together (I want to say a special thanks for that to her) Also joining BeachBody and having a coach I am going to get to back to that natural high of exercising.
