I'm a 23 and work in the DC area for a non-profit trade association. I let myself go quite a bit in college and now I'm trying to get back on track! I graduated college at 190 pounds and lost 20 pounds within the following 6 months. A year after the weight loss, it's still gone but now I want to go farther. My goal is to lose another 20-25 pounds in the next 4-6 months.

I started my weight loss last January with a beginning weight of 190 pounds. At 5'5", I knew it wasn't healthy. Through healthy eating (not dieting, just changing my snacks and proper portions) I lost 20 pounds over the course of a few months. I've kept the weight off for a year and now I want to push myself further. My goal is to reach 150 pounds or a size 8 (currently a 10 or 12) by November.
