In September of 2010 I peaked at 203lbs. I have a medium build, so anything over 170 is too heavy. I found P90x, but didn't have the fitness courage to start on the program until I got in "ready" shape. On my own, I dropped to 185 and felt pretty good, but didn't have any idea how out of shape I was until I started P90x in January 2011. It took until May, but I completed the 1st round and caught the bug. I'm still going strong and its September 2011! 1 Year. Thanks Beach Body for providing me the tools to commit!
