I'm a single mom of 2 boys (one still left at home), a fulltime student, and team mom of my son basketball team. I used to be very active, going to the gym 6 days a week but since I've started school I don't have much time for working out.

Ok, I started Power 90 last March but I stop after 2 months because I wasn't seeing any changes on the scale. I became depressed

In the past I've always been active so my weight was never a problem. As I get older my metabolism is slowing down making it harder to achieve my weight loss goals. I plan to get up an hour early at least 3 times a week to my workout. My goal for now is to drop at least 20 pounds by the end of June and about 5% bodyfat.
