Cedar City, UT HI, my name is Toni Miller and I love fitness and nutrition. I have an awesome husband and two beautiful boys, Mason and Mckay. I grew up in Palmer, Alaska and now live in Utah. I love visiting my home town and maybe someday my kids will call it home too. Ever since I can remember I have loved athletics. I started playing team sports when I was 11 years old, basketball being my first love. I HI, my name is Toni Miller and I love fitness and nutrition. I have an awesome husband and two beautiful boys, Mason and Mckay. I grew up in Palmer, Alaska and now live in Utah. I love visiting my home town and maybe someday my kids will call it home too. Ever since I can remember I have loved athletics. I started playing team sports when I was 11 years old, basketball being my first love. I played it all through middle and high school and at the college level. I also played volleyball and participated in track and field. I went to Southwestern Oregon Community College for a year, in pursuit of a teaching degree. After my first year I changed my mind about school and came home to try something else. I became a personal trainer and competed in a bodybuilding competition which I absolutley loved! And I would love to do it again! As of now I am a stay at home mom and wouldn't have it any other way! My children bring me such joy and they're always making me smile! I hope to set a great example of healthy, righteous living so that they can have a positive influence on the next generation.

My transformation story begins in high school. I was a strong athlete and participated in as many sports and physical activities that I could. I did my best to continue that life style after high school, although I found it a little harder after realizing what the 'real world' was all about. It wasn't all about sports, thats for sure! I got a gym membership and went pretty much every day. I participated in 'pick-up games' as much as possible and did my best to keep myself physically fit. When I got married, once again, my life changed. I continued going to the gym, less regularly. When I got pregnant for the first time my gym visits pretty much disapeared. I started feeling less energetic and my excuse was the pregnancy. After my son was born it took me a couple months to get back to the gym, and when I did it was a completely different expericence. I was used to hard-core lifting sessions followed by intense cardio, which after my first day back I realized wasn't going to happen. I did what I felt I could do but I was pretty discouraged. My body had transformed. I no longer had the muscle mass I was used to or the cardio endurence. Even my own intensity had gotten weak. Getting to the gym on a regular basis was a challenge. I needed something different, something I can do from home. Preferably a pre-structured program that I could plug myself into and get great results. So here I am, super excited, to start the next phase of transformation.
