More statistics| tonyc Tacoma, WA I have been working on losing weight for about a year and a half, and exercising 5-6 days per week for the last 9 months or so, alternating between running on a treadmill and wieght lifting. I lost a little over 20 pounds in the first few months, but have not really lost anything in the last year.
