6 months ago I was on a collision course with future health problems weighing close to 190 with 25% body fat. Working 8 hours a day and feeling that I just didn't have the time to bother with my health and fitness. That was pre-Beachbody. P90X was the vehicle that I chose to entrust my wellbeing, that trust was not misplaced. When i first started P90X i could barley do a decent pull up. However, 6 weeks into the program I could just pump them out. After I finished my first 90 days I hardly recognized myself in the mirror. I had lost 15% body fat and gained unbelievable muscle growth. Safe to say that there is no going back for me. What I love about all of the Beachbody products are, of course, are the results but beyond that there is really no room for excuses. Only an hour a day and you can get into the best shape of your life.
Here is the routine that I used:

2100 calories a day

I ate 5 Meals a day (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snake, and Dinner)

I would never eat 3 hours before bedtime

Most of the time for my snacks, I would use the whey shake or just chug down the glorious recovery drink.
