More statistics| tracig Strathmore, AB I am 44 yrs old and 150 lbs. I have been into fitness on and off for years.I worked at a health club as a aerobic instructor and consultant.The last 10 yrs I haven't done a whole lot except go for walks and watch what I eat.My goal is to lose 20 lbs.I started just after Xmas doing half hr to 1 hr on my lateral stepper and watching my caloric intake but with no results.I may have lost a few | ?
