I have always been in ok shape. Growing up in a small town in Wyoming there wasn't much to do but play outside, ride bikes, and such; so that activity has kind of carried over to my adult life. I enjoy hiking, biking, rollerblading, and have studied fencing, aikido, and ballroom dancing. When I look around and see so many overweight people I want to do something to help them find and enjoy an I have always been in ok shape. When I look around and see so many overweight people I want to do something to help them find and enjoy an active life style. Working out and training should be fun! So I have joined team beach body because of so many like minded people. I want to see how hard I can push myself, to try to achieve a peak level of fitness for me; and to help inspire other people out there in whatever fitness level they are at now and into whatever fitness level they strive to be. The glory is in the struggle, remember everyday trained hard is another day closer to perfection!

As I said in my bio I've always been active. Fencing, and aikido are great sport and martial art workouts. Ballroom dancing has been very much the yin to that yang and is a great way to have fun and relax while still finding freedom in the movement of the body. Going hiking is a wonderful way to get away from everything and just enjoy the moment. These activities are the rewards for pushing myself hard in my everyday training. I do a mixture of cardio, plyometrics, weights, yoga, and stretching. I enjoy taking myself to the limit and seeing if I can break through. With team beachbody I look forward to reaching a new level for myself.
