Fayetteville, GA I just finished a 60-day juice fast and went from 265 lbs and 34% body fat down to 201 lbs and 20% body fat. During this time, some friends and I did P90X Ab Ripper three times per week. Once the weight started coming off, I couldn't wait to get back to the full P90X program.
I race superbikes as a hobby and completed P90X back in 2008, which helped my racing (and EVERYTHING ELSE) I just finished a 60-day juice fast and went from 265 lbs and 34% body fat down to 201 lbs and 20% body fat. During this time, some friends and I did P90X Ab Ripper three times per week. Once the weight started coming off, I couldn't wait to get back to the full P90X program.
I race superbikes as a hobby and completed P90X back in 2008, which helped my racing (and EVERYTHING ELSE) tremendously. But in mid 2009, I was stricken with severe bronchitis and stuck with the illness recurring every three months or so until April of this year. As a result, I was prescribed several rounds of heavy antibiotics and steroids (Prednisone, etc.) which led to massive weight gain and lack of energy/motivation. And general poor health.
On the 4th of July weekend, I declared NO MORE, and decided on something radical, I was going to get myself healthy enough to do P90X again, and then knock it out of the park. Hence, the fast.
My first profile photo is the meal that broke the fast. That was a few days ago. Not eating was a challenge, but not so much as getting healthy and knowing I was not getting enough nutrition and had to hold back from starting the program. Eating again is OK, but the best part is being able to start ripping it again with The Excellent Mr. Tony Horton seven days a week!
It's 12:06 AM on Monday September 5, 2011 so since my friend Charles insisted we wait until Monday to begin, It's ON! I've decided, starting with this commitment, and going to succeed.

I race superbikes for a hobby and I want to be like a wild jaguar on the track, chasing down and overtaking my competitors with grace and passion--slowing time and racing with a deep inner calmness that comes from knowing that my physical health supports a deep level of reserves of strength, focus, and endurance. I want to be a great friend and helpful to everyone around me. In short I want to become the best "me" possible, and I know that participating on Beachbody will help achieve those goals! Thank you so much, I've done this with you before, and expect to do it so much better this time, 3 years later!
