Currently on day 3 (7/22) of Insanity (out of 60!) I am feeling it--I need to sleep more, eat more in order to survive the challenge. However I do have tremendous help--I am so fortunate to be in company with such a great ohana (Team Asylum)--we're in it to be fit. For our families and a healthy lifestyle change, let the Insanity times roll.

Finished Insanity 60 day program a week ago and I continue to incorporate Insanity 3-4 times a week! Month 2 has been very rough on my body and I feel it in my knees and left wrist, but month 1 is now relatively easier! My weight is currently at 199.00 (down 20 pounds from 3 months ago!) and I'm addicted to these Insanity workouts along with Team Asylum. Another key factor--Shakeology! Have it once a day and you'll ensure at least one healthy meal. It covers my sweets craving and I feel less inclined to raid the numerous snack stashes throughout the work office. I've become more aware of the food I eat and give more thought into what foods would best fuel my workouts (Insanity!)

What I really enjoy so far is working out with the community that has been steadily growing in Honolulu. Week by week I meet someone new to the workouts, and I am glad to share my experiences thus far. As I continue to lose weight, I shed a piece of my shy shell along the way--so let's keep going.

Still here! Currently on week 4 of round ? of Insanity to be completed in time for the Shaun T in Hawaii camp April 10-11! 222 days after starting my WOWY goal I have hit my target weight of 175... and still dropping. I truly enjoy my Asylum team, they keep me going and I hope to have inspired them as much as they did to me

Round ? of Insanity. It's become perpetual. I know one day I'll have to take a break from the Insanity routine but it's been four months of Insanity so far, I should continue until I hit the wall that is the Honolulu Marathon in December. But I'll 20 pounds lighter than the previous marathon so we shall see how that goes! Target weight of 159 in sight
