I love to play volleyball, swim, bowling, and most of all, working out, but as time goes by...shedding the weight has become harder and performing at my maximum level has become difficult with those few extra pounds hanging around. My goal is to lose and maintain a comfortable weight so I can be more energized and keep up

Started my TBB Programs approximately 30+ days ago. When I started I had no energy. Finishing a P90X DVD was almost next to impossible. Going 5 minutes on the Elliptical (NOPE). 30 days later....I More ...
Started my TBB Programs approximately 30+ days ago. When I started I had no energy. Finishing a P90X DVD was almost next to impossible. Going 5 minutes on the Elliptical (NOPE). 30 days later....I have no problem finishing up a P90X DVD & able to push myself even harder and my minimum time on the Elliptical is 60 minutes at maximum level. Weight isn't going down much yet because all of that "lazy & tired" muscle is toning up. Once again...if I can do it...you can do it!!!
