At the beginning of 2011, my boyfriend and I decided to revamp our workouts and push the intensity while matching it with a much healthier eating style. Thus far I've noticed a massive improvment in my endurance and my body's ability to recover from some rather not fun injuries. I now do Parkour and have begun mastering the front flip, mainly thanks to plyometrics and ab workouts. And I'm now also able to bend so that I can put my face on my knees without much effort at all, and can go from boat to plough using no support but that from my core.
