I've been an exercise junky for a lot of years. Have completed 13 Ironman Triathlons and too many others to mention. I have run 30 marathons, 10 ultra-marathons and 1 100-mile run. But as I turned 55 my body complained! I had to cut back, and at 66 have been working hard to make a come-back. Core strength work is my savior, and thanks to Slim in 6 series, the core strength is returning. Have

When I started the Slim Series I was impressed with Debbie's correct breathing instructions! I was also dismayed that I had trouble doing some of the moves. All my training is forward movement - and I lacked sideward mobility, and strength. Also due to weak core and upper body strength I fatigued easily. I love to be outside for workouts, so I have to adjust to adding indoor play/work.

Wow how time flies when you're having fun! I'm now into Insanity and it is GREAT! I still can't do all the moves, but for a 67 yr-old I do pretty well! I'm at my 2nd home in the So of France for another month, so use the workouts to supplement hiking and cycling. What a wonderful combo! Thanx, Sean-T for an amazing series! As i am also working on remodeling the 1000 yr-old house I haven't made time to take photos - but one of these days...love to all you guys, M.A.
