I have to say I don't actually have a physical transformation story. I have been relatively fit my whole life but when I found myself approaching 50 I really wanted to take some control. My eating habits were not the best and I worked out sporadically. I usually went to the gym but started to tire of never getting the equipment I wanted because it was always taken! I found myself doing half a workout using the excuse it was just too crowded to do a complete routine.

After having a trying year and approaching 50 I decided to make a change. I ordered the 10 Minute Trainer and loved it. I didn't take a picture because I didn't think I'd share it anyway.

Now, almost a year later although it would have been helpful I'm still not at the comfort level of sharing my photos with people I don't know. Anyway, this was personal for me and I know I've had tremendous improvement, not just physically but my whole attitude has improved and I'm loving it. I always thought I was a positive person, but now I actually feel it outwardly and there's no turning back!
