Hi. My name's Christy. I am a teacher (a K/1 combination class currently) and I love it! I've always been a fairly active person though I was never much of a classic athlete. I'm good at non-team sports such as rock climbing, canoeing, backpacking, biking, and rollerblading but I have had a flabby tummy my whole life. So, about 12 weeks ago I started doing Hip Hop Abs every day except Sunday and I Hi. My name's Christy. I am a teacher (a K/1 combination class currently) and I love it! I'm good at non-team sports such as rock climbing, canoeing, backpacking, biking, and rollerblading but I have had a flabby tummy my whole life. So, about 12 weeks ago I started doing Hip Hop Abs every day except Sunday and I started to get results. Then I decided to try another work-out and have been doing Turbo Jam for the past 3 weeks or so. I love them both and I'm thrilled at the results I'm seeing. Now I'm completely inspired to keep going until I have rock-hard abs and arms! So keep an eye out for me because I'll be here, working out six days a week using one Beachbody workout or another! Keep Jammin'!

I've been at least slightly overweight for what seems like my entire life. I remember being put on my first diet when I was only 6 years old. Though I know that that's absurd, it's an indication of how long I've been struggling with my weight. I've never been happy with my stomach, even at times in my life when I've been in my best shape. I've tried sticking to exercise programs before but I've never been able to stick with anything for very long because I never really looked forward to any of the exercise that I was doing and/or it was only available to me a couple of times each week. So when I saw the ads for Hip Hop Abs, I thought I'd try it. I've always loved dance and I know that, for me, working out at home is logistically the easiest. I loved it and so I quickly went through the first 5 weeks of Hip Hop Abs and then into 4 more weeks of Hip Hop Abs 2. But, I didn't want to lose interest in working out so I decided to try Turbo Jam too. Of course, I loved this workout as well. How could you not be inspired by the energy and enthusiasm of Chalene and her cast? Well, now it's been 11.5 weeks of working out with either Hip Hop Abs or Turbo Jam and I've lost about 20 pounds and at least 15 inches from all over my body! I'm not quite at my goal yet, but I know that I'll get there this time. And I no longer believe that, even if I lose the weight, my tummy will be flabby forever. Now I know that even I can have a rockin' body! Thanks to Shaun T., Chalene, and Beachbody, I'll soon have a body I can be proud of.
