I'm a proud mom of a wonderful little girl! I am a Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle Instructor, decided to start Beachbody Coaching because I love to help people get fit, healthy, and happy! I love to workout, hangout, cook/bake, and spend time with my family and good friends!

Transformation story

I always loved fitness and the feeling it has given me. I used to
do Tae Bo videos with my mom when they first came out and we loved them!

I always loved fitness and the feeling it has given me. I used to
do Tae Bo videos with my mom when they first came out and we loved them!
Then, in high school I played basketball, ran track and field, and I was the
captain of my cross country team. After high school I began going to college
and I didn't really do much as far as being active. I ran on my own after work
and school here and there.

I moved to Salt Lake City to finish school at the University of Utah. I found
myself not fulfilled with the things I was studying. I felt like I needed a break
from school because I just wasn't convinced that this was for me. It just so
happens that right at the end of the school year I found out I was pregnant
so my break from school was granted! My husband and I moved back to our
hometown to be with our families. People in my family started making
comments about how I was looking and how big I was and it really struck a
sensitive nerve with me. I thought to myself when I have this baby I am going
to get into better shape than I have ever been in! I doubted whether or not I
really would do it when the time actually came. My daughter was born two
days after Christmas healthy and beautiful! It took me a while to recover from
the birth and all of the pain that comes with it! Once I recovered I was
depressed and having a hard time figuring out what should I do now that the
baby was here and I was home all day long. My mom had a bunch of workout
DVDs and so I borrowed one! It was Tony Horton's Ten Minute Trainer. I was
like okay I can do this its only ten minutes! I just wanted more every time.
The next videos I started doing with my mom was Turbo Jam and I hated it
the first time I did it. I was thinking what the heck is going on here? I am
Turbo Jam handicapped. The second time I did it I was already better and I
got better every week with each workout. I was loving Turbo Jam and I loved
the energy of all the people in the video. I got to thinking, I want to do
what they are doing. I want to know how you can teach this class because I
was really seeing results and it was happening fast. I got such an incredible
feeling of happiness doing this work out I thought the only way to sustain
this is to make it my life and my career. I really wanted to share my
experience with anyone and everyone I could because I knew girls that were
miserable and not happy with their bodies. I knew I could really help them! I
had never been certain about college, but I was certain about this. I got really
serious after I realized that this was for me! I did some research, found a
Turbo Kick Instructor Training near my area and signed up! Then I ordered
ChaLEAN Extreme and started right away! The results were amazing! I had
muscles that I had never seen before and I felt it in places I never felt it
before! After a month into CLX I went to Turbo Kick Instructor Training and
became an instructor. One month after the training I got hired at a women's
health club. I currently teach 4 days a week! My classes are growing each time
and people are catching my contagious fitness bug! I really have never been
happier! My job doesn't even feel like work and I have time to take care of my
family! This has changed my life forever. There is no turning back for me!
