It takes a whole lot of hard work, dedication, and motivation. I also know from personal experience the frustrations that come with dieting. The inevitable plateaus and mis-haps along the way.
I have struggled with weight my entire life. I have never been what some would call obese, but i have never been at a weight I consider ideal for myself either. Since turning 30 this last Oct. I decided to stop complaining and feeling sorry for myself and do something. That's exactly what I did. I had a friend that let me borrow her Turbojam DVD. From the first day I put it in the dvd player I was hooked and wanting more.
I can not express to anyone how motivating Chalene and her team was.
I am still on my weight loss journey but I will tell you I went from 180 lbs - 154 since Oct. 2010. All with Turbojam, Chalean Extreme, and Shakeology. ( amazingly healthy, tasty, meal replacement snacks or shakes) , and I would want nothing more than to spread the word to everyone out there who not only wants to lose weight but also have fun and feel great doing it.
