I checked out Turbo Jam online a month ago. Then my mother told me that she bought it & had already noticed a big difference in her abs. I then decided to try it. I love to exercise at home & I've been exercising at home for over 10 years pretty much on a consistant basis. So, as soon as I received my Turbo Jam, I tore open the box & watched the DVD's to get an idea of the exercises. I was excited & started the very next day!! I have felt AWESOME! It's the added incentive I needed to get back on track with eating healthier & exercising again.

I can't wait to see how I will feel & look in a month!! (& beyond!) I just updated my current picture! I've noticed wonderful changes in how I look & feel.
