I tried many exercise videos but couldn't seem to get my stomach and thighs into shape and couldn't lose that last 10 pounds. Once I tried Beachbody products I was hooked. The workouts are great and never boring. There is something for everyone. The message boards are wonderful and there is so much support from so many people. I am eating healthier and have not only lost 10 pounds but have lost 10% body fat since I started.
