It's here! An organization with a motto to live by... DECIDE, COMMIT, SUCCEED. I'm a "40 something" Christian gal from Michigan who embraces the amazing life that God has blessed me with. Words I live by are, "Trust in His timing and Rely on His promises. The Lord promises to never let us go, no matter what life throws our way. I'm enjoying my journey as a Beachbody Coach while also teaching exercise classes a few days a week. I enjoy Christian music, sports, and time with my pets and family. I watch little TV because when I'm not at work, church, spending time with loved ones,... I'm engaging with my coaches and customers to achieve healthy lifestyles, so to eventually put an END to the obesity epidemic. We were made to move, in motion...and this business allows me to do just that, while getting others to do it with me. I have always had a passion for fitness and when others want to engage in it with me... it's a BONUS! As a Turbokick instructor, certified personal trainer and Team Beachbody Coach... I'm doing what I believe I was created todo....sharing HIS love with those around me and help others feel good about themselves! I've been a TurboKick instructor since it was introduced in 1996 and truly love the results I've gained from it. With the roll-out of the most amazing at-home fitness programs EVER; like P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, Chalene Extreme, Les Mills, and more, Beachbody has made owning my own business a dream come true as I can help people reach their fitness AND financial goals. Getting fit and helping my team earn income at the same time is a WIN WIN! As a coach, I engage with my team of coaches and customers by participating in the programs while keeping each other accountable. I don't go a day without the most amazing, healthiest meal of the day... Shakeology! By participating in the Team Beachbody Coaching adventure, I'm now going to re-commit to a strength program in hopes to get the physique I've always wanted and never look my age. I plan to continue grow my team of Coaches and Cusotmers until the day the Lord takes me home! By spreading the word of health, the "people helping people" concept that Beachbody embraces is going to keep me accountable. Thank you Carl Diekler for allowing me to live my dream!
