Growing up,I didn't know what exercise was. No one in my family exercised. I grew up thinking being overweight or Obese was OK as long as you are happy. I also remembered to always finish all our food in our plate because there are children starving out there.
WE LOVE our rice! WE had to have our rice for breakfast,
lunch, and dinner. We LOved to EAT!
It wasn't until my 3rd child was 4 years old that I looked in the mirror and said "what the heck happened to me?".."Why did I let myself go?"I was so disgusted at myself for how I looked and felt. It was time for a change.
I have heard that when you turn 30 that your metabolism slows down and it would be harder to loose the weight. I tried diet pills,diets after diets... and of course, starving myself. It worked at first only to find out that I gained it all back and more...Nothing seems to work.
One day, I saw an informercial on TV called TURBO JAM and said,WOW.. I need to try this...This looks like FUN..I hesitated and when I saw it again I made the decision to order it. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I MADE!!!
