My wife Misty and I started doing P90X together in January 2009 and have seen amazing results and learned life-changing habits. We also enjoy the One-On-One's with Tony Horton, Insanity, and exercising with our children and teaching them good eating habits.

Before I joined Team Beachbody and became a coach I was about 25lbs. overweight, very uncomfortable in my clothes, and extremely disappointed with the the way I looked and felt. Then my wife and I started P90X in January 2009 and it is AWESOME!!!! I went from a size 38 waist down to a 32! I've lost the excess body fat weight and I look and feel much better. My wife also looks like she did back in highschool wearing small sizes again! She has been my workout buddy and helped keep me motivated. We both have a better self-esteem and are much happier and healthier!! now
