I have heard great things about Power 90 and p90x, so I am giving it a shot. I did 4+ years in the Army, but I have gotten out of shape quickly since I left the service about 18 months ago.
Working out for me has started to become painful because of stress fractures in my feet and some bone chips floating around in my ankles. That is what 4 years as an Airborne Trooper will do to you.

No excuse, though. So I can't run --- then I need to find something else to do in lieu of running. I will see how it goes with the X plyometrics and other "impact" exercises. I may have to adjust fire a bit, but time will tell. I am just beginning this journey :)

I am a work in a progress, that's for sure :) I started in November, had an unexpected break (my foot) in December, and now I am working my way back into a 90-day cycle. Frustrating to be on the program, and then off it, but I will get there :)
I am substituting some of the exercises due to the lack of a pull up bar with my resistance bands. I also have the push up stands, but not the ones from Million Dollar Body. By necessity, I am also doing any leg/weight transfer movements gingerly for the time being.
In all, this will be an interesting journey :) I will have to be creative in when, where, how, and with what equipment that I will be able to do the X :)
