Hi! I'm Cathy - mother of two very active children and wife to a loving husband of almost 13 years. Our son is 8 and our daughter is 12.
I have always been fairly active myself however, I'm finding that staying in shape is extremely hard with such a busy lifestyle.
I am so thrilled and thankful to my twin sister Debby, who introduced me to Beachbody. Now I have the right vehicle to help

Nov 2008 - Over 3 months in and still going strong! I've lost 11 pounds since starting, over 6% body fat, and over 8 inches! I'm still firming and toning so lots to go, but I'm so pleased with my progress. I'm now doing the "keep it up" workout along with "great body guaranteed". I'll be ready to start P90X here soon.
Wow! What a difference 6 weeks can make! I am so glad I'm sticking with this program because now I know it truely works!

Oct 2008 - After turning 40 in May, I thought that was it - I was going down hill! Isn't that what happens when you start getting older? My weight reached 135, which for me, was extremely depressing because most of my life I've manage to maintain my weight in the lower 120's. Call it lucky or just good metabolism. But that all started to change, just as everyone said it would.

This opportunity could not have come at a better time for me. Exercising and eating right is the real "fix" for a good metabolism - and keeping your weight down - even at 40. It's a challenge that most of us will face as our age increases and our lifestyle changes. Now I'm embrassing this challenge. I am now fitting in work-outs at least 5 times a week with the Debbie Siebers' Slim Series. Additionally, I'm using the BeachBody custom meal plan to make sure I'm meeting my nutritional needs as well as maintaining the right amount of calories for my body type.

My progress? Well after 6 weeks of following my plan that I designed for myself with the help of my coach (my twin sister), I've almost meet my goals. I'm definitely stronger and more toned. This will still improve as I continue my program and try other BeachBody programs. I've lost 9 lbs, several inches, 5% body fat, and I feel as though I'm back on track to maintaining a healthy lifestyle! Thanks Team BeachBody! I can only imagine what another 6 weeks will do for me!
