06/16/09 Unfortunately I have gained every pound back plus some. This is proof that you have to keep on track because your results will go away very quickly if you don't. This is day 1 for me & I have high hopes for myself. I want to lose 70 lbs. I CAN & I WILL do this! I will update soon.

I decided that I needed to change my life after having my twin daughters in May 2005. I weighed 210 pounds and had to do something to change that. I didn't want to be overweight without energy. I wanted to be able to have fun and do active things with my daughters while they are growing up. It was a very hard change to make. I had absolutely no energy and my back was always hurting. I started my fitness journey two years ago. I have found that since starting exercising and eating healthier my body feels much better and I have more energy to play with my girls. I am stronger and more flexible than ever before. I have lost over 30 pounds and 30 inches. I am also a much happier person.

I still have a way to go to reach my goals but I know that I am a work in progress and I am in this for the long haul. I love these programs. Who knew that exercise could be fun! I couldn't have gotten this far without Beachbody and the support from the message boards. I had never used message boards before. Boy am I glad that I decided to. I have met the most amazing and inspiring people on these boards. I know that I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of my coach and this amazing community. That is why I decided to PAY IT FORWARD by becoming a coach and educating friends and family about this amazing community.

I started out with Turbo Jam. This has got to be the funnest workout that I have ever done. I actually look forward to it. Then I tried P90X. This is such an amazing program. If you want to push yourself beyond what you thought you are capable of this is definitely the program. Anything is possible! You can do anything when you set your mind to it! I have also tried Slim in 6. Debbie really gets your total body burning. I just recently tried Hip Hop Abs for the first time. I am not a dancer by any means but this was such a fun workout and it just flew by. I recently added Slim Series, P90 and Yoga Booty Ballet to my workout collection. I can’t wait to try them. I can honestly say that every one of these programs are worth it. The best part about it is you can do them from the comfort of your own home. You don’t have to spend hours at the gym to see results. Beachbody has great products that are fun and the best part about it is they work! There are workouts to suit everyone’s style, taste, time, and fitness level.
