I am 38 yrs old, father of 4 active children. I started a fitness program as part of a challenge I issued to my younger brother in August of '08 because I was sick of being overweight.
For the past nine months we have worked out as a team and have both lost around 45 lbs. I could stand to lose another 10 lbs, but I am more concerned about looking ripped. I have had a hard time showing lean muscle

I have been using the Bodybugg program to teach myself better eating habits and understand my daily calorie intake vs. output. I have acheived my target weight, but am still not comfortable with the muscle definition.
I will continue to deploy what I have learned from the Bodybugg program, but am ready to take my workouts to the next level.
