I am currently a transportation planner for a major food distributor which is a challange health wise. Besides the good cooks in our office who are always bringing in their creations, my company is constantly bringing up deserts and meals

On July 7, 2008, I was at my heaviest weight ever at 255.5. It was here that I would start my current weight loss program. The only measurement that I took was my weight because I had had so many false starts before. At least 12 by last count with various degrees of success. The best being a 50 lb weight loss the year before but the death of my mother really messed up that diet.

I decided that this time my diet would stick because I would partner it with exercise. I made decision to get fanatical about fitness. I decided that my daughter's activities would come first and then my exericse. If there was time, then everything else.

I wanted to do P90X but new I was not in shape to do that program. Being my normal lazy self, I did not investigae to see if there were any other programs to try. Instead, I searched for a gym that had personal trainers to get a good basis in fitness. I found one that was offering a Boot Camp which I started going to 3-5 times per week. I started back on Weight Watchers and over five months lost 32.5 lbs.

In December, I added P90x to my fitness routine and intially had good success. I lost 12 pounds to start over the first three weeks and then went on a plateau that would last almost eight months. I would gain an loose the same five to ten pounds which drove me nuts. I could not get my diet right. Despite doing doubles with my fit camp and either P90x or Chalene Exteme, I could not loose weight. I took being introduced to the Body Bugg in July did I break my plateau. I was eating to the calories my heart rate monitor said I was burning which was an over estimate. Since I put on the Bugg, I have lost 34 lbs and completed a round of Insanity and 2/3 round of CE/Insanity hybrid. I start my next round of P90X on January 4.
