I recently had bloodwork done, and my blood sugar is 125. Diabetes begins at 126. I have 3 kids - so I need to cut the bs and get serious about my health. What kind of example am I setting for them? My health is going to make an impact on their lives one way or another, it's up to me if it's going to be a negative impact or a positive one.

I'm beginning to see a doctor regularly to keep an eye on my blood pressure. I also had a stress test at a cardiac clinic. Now I have no excuses for not losing this weight. I owe it to my family, and I will succeed. Over the next couple years, my goal is single digit body fat. I'm going non-stop till I get there. No going back to the old me.
