I’m 30 year old Californian,and No I don’t surf; I live about 95 miles east of San Francisco.
I'm an Emergence Medical Technician, well I would be if the future of the medical field wasn’t so uncertain and the unemployment in California wasn’t pushing 20%. So I figure what better way to take advantage of my spare time than to prepare for the future, a little work on the mind and body. I decided to add a few more Collage classes towards my degree and way not get those work outs in that I’ve been thinking about for so long.
The last five years have been ruff: two car accidents, a knee surgery, ankle surgery including a few extra parts pin and plates, complete with a 6 month wheelchair adventure.I’ve been cleared..yah..! Supposable healed and cured but I feel worse than ever. I'm now,50-65 lbs over weight and pushing 35% body fat, I find myself wondering how I let this happen.
Life happens, we all have our own demons and excuses, I for one am tired of the negative thoughts and weak justifications for my poor choices. I am ready to take a stance make a change! It’s a long hall but I can see the door,its bright and its big; the preverbal light at the end of the tunnel.Beachbody has handed me the keys, and all I have to do is get there. With a little bit of hard work and perseverance I am confident that I will bask in the light with pride once again.
