I am a 66 year old grandmother, grandmother and mother. For over 40 years, I was very thin, then around age 45 I started gaining weight. I was very happy that I finally won, and had a good weight for several years, then 5 years ago I started gaining more and more! Did not like the extra weight and I knew I had to go on a diet, I never thought I would gain so much weight that I would have to try to lose! I did weight watchers for a while without much success, some loss of weight, but not what I wanted which to lose about 30 pounds. Then I moved to the Northwest and low and behold, I gained more weight, my thought was will it ever end?? I tried to watch what I ate, but would tend to succumb to my desire of eating what I should not, and we all know what happens when we always eat what we shouldn’t!
In early July 2007, I was introduced to Beachbody by a friend, bought the DVD program Slim in 6 ® Rapid Results with the knowledge that it would work on me and as it had on my friend. My order came about 1 week before I planned to go on vacation, so I decided to start after my return. Unfortunately, on my vacation I fell and broke my ankle and tore all the ligaments in my right foot. Wanting to give the system a fair try, I realized that it would be better to wait until my ankle recovered.
With free time on my hands now, my friend asked me if I would be interested in being a coach with Beachbody and it sounded like a good idea. Besides, I lost 8 pounds since my accident and it is an incentive to continue to lose! So here I am on the road to success with other coaches and their desires to fit both physically and financially. I am impressed with the Team Beachbody Program. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, together I know we can succeed. I encourage you to start today, why weight??
