Hello. Well I sit behind a desk all day and it's time to change that. I am very
focused when I want to be which I hope will help me get to where I want to
be
with my fitness goals. I like to play golf and volleyball but have done little of
either since getting heavy. Time to change...

I've just completed Ten Minute Trainer (a/o 11/23) and lost 26 lbs, 20 3/4
overall inches. I'm no longer considered obese and am feeling much more
energetic! I'm eating healthier and have just started P90X. P90X is something I
never thought I would be able to do, TMT gave me the ability and confidence to
try. I'm looking to P90X to bring my body the rest of the journey.
