Winchester, VA Christian, wife, homeschool mom (11 years), Have always been thin but after 40 it was super hard to maintain an ideal weight, even with a good diet. Now, just days away from being 48 - I am 138 pounds, but would like to be 128. I can't take off these last 7 with WiiFit and other home videos. I was invited to a BeachBody group and then decided to start Brazil Butt Lift at home on the other Christian, wife, homeschool mom (11 years), Have always been thin but after 40 it was super hard to maintain an ideal weight, even with a good diet. Now, just days away from being 48 - I am 138 pounds, but would like to be 128. I can't take off these last 7 with WiiFit and other home videos. I was invited to a BeachBody group and then decided to start Brazil Butt Lift at home on the other days. I have added Shakeology for breakfast and am being very aware of portion sizes. After 30 days I lost a 3 pounds. I then moved to Slim in 6 and the Slim Series; these are tough but really put me over the plateau I was experiencing where I reached my goal, and beyond, down to 124. Working out with a Fit Club beachbody group is helping to keep me motivated and giving me the extra encouragement I need. After a few months I have taken off the weight I wanted, feel stronger, more alert and also lost more than 26 inches over all. I have moved on to LesMills PUMP building muscle/strength. I am leading Fit Club classes at my church and am really excited about my future as a Beachbody coach. My husband is now a coach as well and our 15-year old son has changed his career path to Physical Trainer & Physical Therapy as he gets lean and strong on the P90X2 program. Started my first Challenge grou this week. Only one person ended up sticking with it, but that's okay. One body at a time, right? :) I love encouraging others in their fitness journey. I am working with some other ladies at a local private school and hoping to get a Fit Club going for them after they are done with school (most are teacher/administrators).

05/15/12 A week, well almost a week, after Ultimate Reset I am still losing weight. This morning I was at 121.8. Wow! I am eating three meals a day and only a snack here and there with my new healthy More ... 05/10/12 I was in the first group to do UR after the monitored test groups. The support from other doing the reset and Beachbody personnel was great. For me, going into the UR in good health, I had no issues More ... 04/25/12 Today is Day 7 - Last day of phase I.
