Hello, I am new to the fitness genre having been heavy all of my life (close to 300 lbs) I used to be active, but fell off the wagon long ago. Recently I became an aspiring low-fat raw-food vegan, and have lost approximately 40 lbs and started exercising again! I ordered this program because I am in a rut atm and have plateaued it seems. I am wanting to lose bodyfat primarily and add muscle to my body. Performing better athletically is also a huge goal of mine. Hopefully, I'll be able to shed the 100lbs that I so desperately need to. I initially got the P90X program, but it is above my abilities so I 'downgraded' to the P90 program.
