It is my goal to be an inspiration to those that cross my path and whose path I may cross. I want to do all that I can to play my part in getting people to lead and live healthy lifestyles.

I am going to decrease my body fat to 18% and push my body to the limit!!

I will go through all of the programs offered in an effort to create a better understanding of all that beach body offers and to make sure I can correctly recommend programs to my clients. I AM PUMPED
