Hello! My name is Vlad. I’m 56 year old, originally from Russia and currently reside in San Jose California. Being Russian, I love to eat fatty and fried foods and drink vodka. Starting now, I’m planning to quit all of my old habits and commit myself to the Team Beach Body challenge. It's going to be a hard and long road for me but I understand that I have to make a change to be able to see my grand kids grow up and keep myself in shape for myself as well. It’s always been a struggle in my culture because we do tend to get together almost every weekend and eat and drink for hours. Taking in foods for hours during breakfast, lunch or dinner is what we love to do. Changing this lifestyle is definitely going to be one of the most difficult challenges I’ll ever commit to doing. My current job right now requires me to sit in front of a computer all day long as a Software Engineer. As you can see, I don’t move around too much sitting in a chair all day long. I do need some type of activity and proper nutrition to get me to get into shape. I’ve been unfit for years and need the change to live a happy healthier life.
