I have done SI6, but never got to doing BIU, some of the moves just didn't feel right. I went to the chiropractor and found out I have a congenital fusion in my low back that causes hip pain, tightness, spasms and had to get some therapy for stretching, etc. I started back up on it quite some time later and had some success with weight loss, but my eating wasn't what it should have been and I hit a plateau and got really bored. I realized I really had to do something my size 18's were starting to fit tight. So the fall of 2004 I started again, only to be sidelined just before Thanksgiving with a knee strain,(not while exercising). Back to therapy... very slow, but it feels great now. I started with P90 but I want the cardio that SI6 has for now. I'll go back to Tony later. I got back onto WOWY just in time to get in on the start of the 100# Pioneers, it is so great having such great support. Beachbody you rock!
Fall 2005- Started Turbo Jam. I love the Cardio Mix 1, AbJam and Sculpt. Also ordered and love lower body sculpt. I have great support from the 100#Pioneers and esp. my email and workout buddies Melanie(gittrdun) and JoyceC. I'm working with Gmama to be the best Sexy Snow Bunny I can be!

4-7-06 My energy is way up as is my flexability. I feel taller and leaner.
