I am a working wife and mom of 3 (at the moment). I coach volleyball for girls ages 11 to 13. I play volleyball about 2 or 3 times per week. I am determined to lose weight and get back to the size I was when I met my loving and supportive husband. My biggest problem with all this is that I love to eat! I don't like most things that I should eat and it's very hard for me to give any of those

I have been working out off and on with Robin and Pat Barlow. My routine is 3 days a week of Strength and Resistence training and 3 days a week of cardio. For cardio, I play volleyball and try to get some aerobics in. I try to do crunches and push ups throughout the day and I try to do this 6 minute ab video about 3 times a week. I also try to watch how many calories I have per day and make sure that I am getting the proper amounts of food from each food group. I have lost some weight since I started and I know that I will keep losing it if I continue to follow this routine consistently.
