A little about me...I started my weight loss journey in March of 2007 at 320lbs. My current weight is 211 and I am working hard to reach my goal weight of 165...possibly 145. Walking has been my primary form of excercise but I am now ready and able to kick it up a notch.

I use food trackers and excercise trackers, walk/jog as often as I can either outdoors or on treadmill, try to incorporate strength training. I have now walked a half-marathon....in the future I More ...

I have now walked a half-marathon....in the future I aspire to run at least a 5k...walk/jog a full marathon....and possibly even attempt a triathalon someday.
