Married for over 20 years and I love it. In the past 23 years, I let stress and inactivity get the best of me. However, it was before my husband saw Tony Horton on an infomercial. Just relocated to central time zone. This is our 3rd time through the program. Since I have increased weight and reps, I am seeing more changes. We are in week 6. My shoulder and arms are getting more defined.
