I completed the Insanity Program in Feb. 2010. I made it to week 10 of the P90X program and my physical therapist for my shoulder said to stop doing the P90X upper body as it was too extreme. Fast forward to now - heart surgery done and shoulder healed and I just started the P90X/Turbofire hybrid program. My goal is to continue to get more fit and healthy one day at a time. Thanks to Beachbody I am getting fit AND I'm learning how very important nutrition is to my health along with knowing my limitations. Shakeology definitely plays a part in my nutrition plan EVERYDAY for breakfast. I feel stronger and more flexible and fit. I'm sore in all the right places so I know it's working all the places I need for it to. Wondering how you can get your health and fitness on track?
