I am a SAHM,a CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER and an ACTIVE Diamond Beachbody Coach. I absolutely LOVE being a mom and my career as a coach. I work with so many wonderfully supportive people, who are HAPPY all the time. Imagine that?

I can tell you how P90X and Beachbody really produced results for me, and can for you as well. I have done 7 rounds of P90X Classic, I've done Insanity,Asylum,Brazil Butt Lift,RevAbs,have sampled many other workouts at Fit Club. Currently I am in round 1 of P90X2. I hope to soon begin my studies in nutrition as well.
I am a proud mom of one beautiful daughter. I strive to be a great role model, and not a diet obsessive Mom. My philosophy is to be your best self, but still live life. I don't believe in depriving myself- I live in a real world with real life situations and temptations.
I love that I am able to be home for my daughter and attend all her activites, and have time for my own hobbies.
If you like to work with people, and have a desire to be fit and healthy....talk to me how you can become a BEACHBODY COACH. I am looking for 10 people who want financial stability and freedom to choose what they do day to day.
My daughter and I practice a Traditonal Korean Martial Art. She is a black belt, I am also black belt and an instructor. I love the edge Beachbody Programs have given me in the martial arts.
We are both active in girlscouts and school activites.
Our family volunteers for a local german shepherd rescue, where I foster, do behavioral consults and training--Basically anything they need.
Thank you Beachbody for getting me physically and financially fit!
I have 30 years of weightlifting, nutrition and aerobic experience.
I take coaching seriously!
I WANT to help YOU! I am dedicated and committed to helping people of any age or fitness level achieve their dreams. Whether it be a certain size, a fitness goal or just to lead a healthier, happier life.
I am NOT a product pusher.
If you have a coach who isn't working for you...
Feel free to contact me for any questions related to the workouts, nutrition, balancing everything, or any of the wonderful Beachbody products.

My story:
Since my dad is a powerlifter, the interest in weightlifting has always been there. Unfortunately, a major accident when I was 18,left me in a wheelchair for 2 months, crutches and a leg cast for 9 months. The diagnosis compund fractue of my tibia and fibula, repaired with external pins. I totally tore my ACL and damaged all but my PCL ligament. Unfortunately, my leg was so badly fractured, they could not see that I had ligament damage. Lifting was a MUST to rehab the withered muscles of my leg, and to keep my knee stable without the help of most of my ligaments. Physical Therapy was a tough, long road. I could not lift 1 pound, with that leg. It took me many years to get back the strength and size.
A couple of years later I endured a hairline fracture of that same knee. More PT! After I had my daughter I had a severe tear of my meniscus, that caused my knee to lock. Another surgery and more physical therapy.
I am also no stranger to shoulder injuries. When gorge climbing with friends, I slipped and fell about 50 feet. Luckily, a small tree and rock stopped my fall, but my shoulder was ripped out of the socket. I had torn ligaments and my labrum. Major surgery in '95 repaired it, titanium screws to patch me up. Unfortunately, after being immobilized for 6 weeks, I developed adhesive encapsulitus. Scar tissue resulting in a frozen shoulder. PT of course followed, I had to painfully break through the scar tissue.
I have far exceeded the expectations of my Orthopaedic Surgeon. Many thanks to him for continuing to "patch" me back together, after that and subsequent injuries.
I have also had experience with fibromyalgis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Ask me tell you how I overcame those two maladies!
Through all this, I was able to stay in decent shape, but never quite the body I had before children. I tried everything! Even working with a personal trainer as she "spoon-fed" me workouts and nutrition. Then this summer I gained weight, was tired, bloated and thought I would never have my body" back.
Then I finally decided to try P90X. I really didn't think it would work, but it was my last hope. BOY was I WRONG! I lost an amazing 19 lbs in my first round of P90X, and many inches! 4 inches off my waist alone! This astounded me because I am a slow loser and always have been. I did all this during the holiday season, without giving up my favorite treats, eating out, enjoying a fine wine etc. I also had the great support system here.
Forget looking good for my age.
I WILL look good for ANY age! Thanks to Beachbody!
