I have been a San Diego Beachbody Coach since January 2009 and have always enjoyed meeting people, learning and helping.

The virtues that I think can help one to become fit, not
only in body, but mind and soul as well are purity,
temperance, patience, diligence, humility, charity and

Transformation story

My interest in fitness started with martial arts, but around
age 30, I started to take my health for granted, as if I
would always be fit and strong... things caught up with me

My interest in fitness started with martial arts, but around
age 30, I started to take my health for granted, as if I
would always be fit and strong... things caught up with me
and in two years before I knew it, I was at an unhealthy
body weight of 140 lbs and 29% body fat, bordering on pre-
diabetes and possible heart disease.

After a failed relationship, I assessed myself and decided I
wanted to get back into shape. I joined a 90 day program and
found out that it's not how well you do any exercise, it's
that you just get out there and move and use your body,
period. There were many different people from many different
backgrounds, various ages, and a range of weight/health
concerns. We learned to believe in ourselves and to 'never
give up'.

Now that the 40 of us have successfully completed the
program and made our goals, the program is over. Since the
conclusion of the program, I am constantly looking for new
ways to workout, or 'move my body', to stay healthy. I enjoy
learning of healthy foods, and products. I am especially
into ORAC green superfoods recently.

Also, many people, family and friends, have been motivated
to get back into shape and have been asking me what it
takes. I have even started leading workouts for a few of the
people in my office.

In my search, I found Beachbody and have found a new place
to stay motivated and help others.
