You know, a year ago or so I was like typical ~ 50 years man: my body started to lose its contours, started to switch from young male type to an old man type... everybody saw old people, right? More ...
You know, a year ago or so I was like typical ~ 50 years man: my body started to lose its contours, started to switch from young male type to an old man type... everybody saw old people, right? Everything goes down, becomes flabby... not the type women look at :(
I honestly thought - that's it. There is no reverse, no time machine. After 90 days of P90X I got that machine. I look pretty much as I looked 20 years ago. I heart it from girls and guys at climbing gym and my climbing partners. And that strange and funny feeling I always get surprised by how firm my body became, I even was concerned maybe I lost an ability to relax?
I'm into Les Mills PUMP now, combining it with Suspension Training (TRX), kettlebells, trail and triathlon running, as well as rock climbing.
Still P0X2, P90X One one One, serious Kettlebell training, Ring gymnastic, new rounds of P90X and much more workouts are waiting for me.

Running long distances magically became much easier than usual - strength is important for ultra-marathon runner. Who knows, what would happen, but several 50K and 50 miles trail runs are waiting for me and half-Ironman triathlons are waiting too.
