When I started Power90 on April 10, 2009 it was because all signs were pointing towards me needing to lose weight. I weighed 283lbs, had two shirts rip at my mid section when I entered my car and could only do 7 pushups and run 1/5 mile without losing my breathe. Now, I can do 30 pushups, can run a mile, and have lose 33lbs. Thank you, Power 90!
