I am 36 y/o. I met my husband on vacation in Hawaii and moved there to be with him - we lived there for 7 years and then moved to the East Coast, where we currently reside. We've been together for 14 years! He is my rock and an amazing, amazing person.

I became pregnant in April 2005 and we were overjoyed! In September 2005, there were sudden complications and I went into labor. Our daughter was born prematurely at 22 weeks and passed away the same day. Our lives were completely devastated. Losing a child, no matter how short their precious life, has got to be the worst thing in the world.

Needless to say, I fell into depression and just stopped caring - period. It is now just over a year after our daughter's death and I have begun to realize that my continued depression has taken a severe toll on my life and the lives of those around me.

In October 2006, I decided (with the much appreciated support of my husband) it was time to lift my head above the pain in my life and make some changes. I have sought counseling for my depression and started P90.

It is kind of funny - you hear it time and time again how exercise not only improves your physical state, but also your mental state. Yeah...sure...makes sense logically and we all "know" this, but it seems that most of us are just content with the knowledge and don't take action to really put it to the test.

I am done being content with the knowledge.

I am now all about testing this knowledge...and am here to say...

IT WORKS.

Not only is my physical state changing, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, my mental state is vastly improving. My husband is amazed at the changes he has seen in me during the last 3 weeks. Frankly, I am amazed as well. Yes, I want to lose weight and be healthy and feel confident with my physical appearance, but I am so thrilled with the mental benefits I've gained that I will gladly continue with regular exercise for that reason alone.

So, if you are depressed for whatever big or small reason in your life...

TEST THE KNOWLEDGE AND LEARN THAT IT WORKS!
