Hi! I am excited about starting this journey with you. My name is Melissa. I am an elementary teacher. I have been married for 13 years. My husband and I have 2 children a boy age 11 and a girl age 9. I am amazed every day how time flies!

My struggle with weight follows along those same lines of time flying. Through the years I have lost a piece of myself and never found the time to take care of me. I always had the good intention of "starting my diet on monday" and taking care of my self but time just flew by. I gained the weight slowly over time, so I often times didn't really even see it until I would see a photos of myself. Most of my life I was blessed I could maintain a healthy weight and it just came easy. Now 36 years and 2 kids later it isn't so easy. I am now at my breaking point and I am READY! I am excited and I am confident that I can make this change TODAY!
